One wonders who exactly, and how many at that, can pay for private psychoanalytic or psychotherapeutic treatment - treatment that costs anywhere from fifteen to fifty dollars per session, two to five times a week, for anywhere from two to five years. None but a small urban minority can afford such treatment at its supposed »best«.</p>
